Mesa Door Help is an independent information and lead-generation project operated by Kyle Bell. This notice explains what this site collects and how to contact the operator.

What you submit

Our forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, ZIP code, issue or message, submission time and your consent to contact you about that request. Do not send payment information, identification documents or sensitive personal details.

How it is used

The site operator can review your request and contact you about it by email or by phone if you provide a number. Form submission does not authorize automated marketing calls or texts. No contractor partner is confirmed at launch; we will ask before sharing your contact details with a contractor.

Storage and service providers

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database using OpenAI Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare services. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the site. The site uses a short-lived, one-way network identifier to limit abusive submissions; it does not store your raw IP address in the lead record. We do not install advertising trackers or marketing analytics cookies.

Access and deletion

Use the contact and data-request form to ask about your information or request deletion. Include the email used for your original request and, if you have it, your reference number. We may need to verify that you control that email before providing or deleting information. No identity documents are needed in the form.

Phone service

Our dedicated enquiry line uses Twilio to forward incoming calls to the site operator, not to an emergency dispatcher or repair contractor. Twilio processes call metadata such as caller and called numbers, time, duration and call status; the operator can review these call logs. We do not enable call recording or transcription. This line does not offer text-message support.

Limits

We cannot guarantee absolute security. The service is intended for adults arranging household services, not children. External websites have their own policies. We may update this notice as the service changes.
